For instance, I will do 20 pushups, 20 dips, and then go clean the dishes or my room! 20 more of each, then pick up any laundry and start it in the wash. Repeat a third time and then go off for a bike ride or a run. I feel then I've been productive in many areas without getting bored. yay! <3Scott O'Toolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09961931133003966233noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4072990166442134638.post-5552319318946455172012-06-11T15:08:44.804-04:002012-06-11T15:08:44.804-04:00What a great giveaway! I really need a new crockpot (mine is seriously 40 years old...it was my grandma's...).

A fun diet challenge would be my Sugar-Free challenge I'm hosting in June! it is a great way to kick-off summer with 10 days of no sugar. I promise it is fun!

But seriously now, a fun fitness challenge I've been doing lately is a short routine that really has helped me improve my strength. I do 1 pull-up, 2-minute plank, and a minute of jump squats/lunges. I do this first thing in the morning after I take a 15 minute bike ride. Really starts the morning off right!Alex@Spoonful of Sugar Freehttp://www.spoonfulofsugarfree.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4072990166442134638.post-33138362142072182862012-06-09T22:45:08.268-04:002012-06-09T22:45:08.268-04:00Challenge: actually train for (and run) a 10k in A...Challenge: actually train for (and run) a 10k in August.Arielanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4072990166442134638.post-61103701055627961522012-06-07T23:31:14.108-04:002012-06-07T23:31:14.108-04:00My challenge idea is to do stand up and stretch ev...My challenge idea is to do stand up and stretch every 20 mins during the workday. At the end of every week that I meet (90% or better) my diet/fitness/health goals, I go buy one of the items and mark it off my list. Although the list never gets any smaller (always seem to find more to add to it!) it is a fun win/win way of motivating myself to stick with my goals and a good reminder that I am worth the effort it takes!fhallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03738500989044355853noreply@blogger.com
